A little about me...I am located in Lynnwood Washington and see clients both in person and virtually. I have been a therapist for a decade and during this time, have grown my spiritual practices and offerings to live fully in alignment with my authenticity and Spirit. I bring spirituality into the room in many different ways- card pulling, guided meditation, Brainspotting with a spiritual lens, journeying, ceremonial healing sessions, and more. I do not offer in depth astrology, past life regression, contacting spirit guides, starseed activation, etc. but I LOVE when clients bring that kind of work into the space for us to use! Clinically, I specialize in binge eating, c-PTSD, PTSD, and couples work. I also offer Reiki separate from or apart of sessions. I have two websites for my different practices.
