Cara (she/her) has been dedicated to helping adult clients navigate and heal from trauma in private practice since 2013. With a strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship, Cara emphasizes a forward-moving approach grounded in hope. Using EMDR, Cara supports clients in uncovering and reconnecting with their inner resilience and creating meaningful change, while fostering a sense of empowerment and autonomy. As an EMDR trained clinician I am passionate about applying the benefits of EMDR therapy with clients who are motivated to live without disturbance from their past. I work with anxiety, fear, trauma, and getting past stuck thoughts and negative beliefs. I offer evidence-based therapy for clients virtually throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Healing after trauma is not just possible; it's a journey that can lead to renewed strength and well-being. It's possible to be free of the anxiety, stress, and panic you're experiencing today.
