I'm passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life, but also proudly serves those of all spiritualities and LGBTQIA+ community at large. I am also a KAP (Kink Aware Professional). Questions are always welcome and I am willing to learn more in order to help a client. As a counselor, I strive for quality and compassion when it comes to serving my clients. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy and believe that the client is the expert of themselves. Using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), I work with the client to notice how their thoughts and feelings impact their behavior, as well as create new ways of behaving that will move the client closer to their goals. I also use Narrative Therapy because it uncovers opportunities for growth & development as well as help us better understand ourselves. We all encounter needs that are difficult to grasp and stresses that seem insurmountable alone; that's perfectly normal. Mental health is a journey that many never embark upon. As a passionate tabletop game enthusiast, the concept of taking initiative in D&D inspired me. I'm here to help you take those first steps. Let's "roll for initiative" together.
