My name is Quinn (they/them/any). I started QQLLC to provide individualized mental health care to folks virtually. I see a diverse range of clients, including people struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, social situations, life transitions, or any other struggles that come with living life. Some clients may seek therapy to help manage their mental health; some may want help setting reasonable goals and staying accountable; some may want an unbiased opinion on a situation; some may just want to feel comfortable in their own skin. But most of all, everyone needs people in their life to support them. I'm happy to be part of that support system. I specialize in issues related to addiction, the LGBTQ+ community, and adverse religious experiences. I offer individual mental health services using principles from CBT, DBT, and ACT therapies.
