Hi! I'm Stacey! I'm a seasoned therapist with over two decades of working alongside fellow humans who want to feel good again. I have a special interest in helping women who are struggling with anxiety & panic - no matter how it has manifested - whether it be through grief, divorce, empty nest, being a chronic people pleaser or if it's been a life-long concern. I have an extensive background in yoga and enjoy weaving somatic work with talk therapy. I love to laugh and invite humor into our sessions. My approach is interactive. I will listen but I'm also a huge fan of collaboration with my clients and you can anticipate homework to keep things flowing between sessions! I offer both in person and virtual sessions (In person clients must love dogs! Or at least tolerate a little bark here and there in the background - always with divine comedic timing!). My office is casual and cozy and I invite clients to come in and kick off their shoes if they choose - the more comfortable you are, the more the magic can happen!
