Faith Carini-Graves

Faith Carini-Graves

DNP, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Faith Carini-Graves is a skilled psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with a comprehensive background in treating diverse populations across the lifespan. With over ten years of experience as a registered nurse before transitioning to the psychiatric nurse practitioner role, Faith has developed a deep understanding of both physical health and complex psychiatric conditions. Most recently, she worked on The Hillside Family of Agency's Monroe County Youth Assertive Care (ACT) team, where she provided critical support to youth and families with acute and complex psychiatric needs. Faith has extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including substance use, complex trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and panic disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, psychosis, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and eating disorders. Her work spans various settings, including nursing homes for adults and school settings for youth. Due to this, she is deeply familiar with local resources and community-based care options. Known for her determination and client-centered approach, Faith never gives up on finding the right solutions for her clients, listening closely to their needs, and exploring all avenues of support. Outside of her professional life, Faith is a proud mother of three, a pet lover with two dogs and a cat, and enjoys painting and spending time outdoors with her family.
