Taking the step to reach out to a counselor can be hard for so many reasons. I am here to help make the process as safe and comfortable as possible. I have been in the field for almost 10 years. I am also a practicing Pagan and feel that having a safe space to share that belief system can be an important part of the work. I aim to offer a space for you to share without judgment or criticism and weave beliefs into clinically support practice in unique ways. Most clients that find success working with me are a part of one of these groups: Under the age of 30, have experienced trauma, identify as a part of the queer community, identify as neurodivergent or are a part of another minority group. I have a passion for working with individuals that have tried therapy previously but have not found the right fit. Working with a counselor can be scary but I aim to make the process safe and effective as well as enjoyable along the way. I work in unique ways with my clients to help them to see the progress that they are looking for in their lives. I look forward to learning about and from you throughout our journey together.
