Hi! I’m a therapist who works with creative, sensitive, and anxiety prone adults who often feel a bit outside the box. My online practice serves clients in New Hampshire and Maine, and I blend evidence-based therapy like EMDR and somatic work with holistic, energetic, and spiritually integrated practices. I create a warm, collaborative space where clients can calm their nervous systems, build confidence, and embrace their authentic selves. I have over 13 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker and have experience working in community mental health and private practice both in person and through telehealth. I have worked primarily with teens and adults, including substance abuse services, juvenile drug court, homeless teens, co-occurring issues, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions and other concerns. My work history and own lived experience have allowed me to develop a holistic perspective and understanding that everyone has unique needs and goals. I provide therapy with realism, a sense of humor, and compassion. I also am a fusion belly dance teacher and performer, which is a modality I personally am utilizing as a way to explore my spirituality. I encourage my clients to utilize their own interests, passions, spiritual practices as a means to support their well-being.
