Do you feel like parts of you are in conflict—pulled between who you are, who you were taught to be, and who you’re becoming? Do painful memories, overwhelming emotions, or patterns in relationships keep repeating, even when you’re trying your best to move forward? Many of the people I work with—especially veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, and survivors of trauma—feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to trust themselves again. Together, we work to gently process what’s been carried for too long, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect you with a deeper sense of clarity, agency, and self-compassion. I use EMDR (EMDRIA-certified) and parts-based approaches (IFS-informed) to help you heal trauma at its roots, not just manage symptoms. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, kink- and poly-friendly, and grounded in respect for the many ways people experience identity, relationship, and meaning. As a gay/queer Vietnamese American Marine Corps veteran, as well as an initiate of the Unnamed Path and a practicing Buddhist, I understand how cultural, spiritual, and personal identities can intersect in complex ways. I welcome clients who want to explore or integrate spirituality into their healing—whether pagan, Buddhist, or otherwise—while always centering your unique path. Healing takes courage, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to move toward a life that feels more connected, empowered, and aligned, I’d be honored to support you.
